Its Free for clients located in Harare. A Vaal’s team member will visit your premises to have a detailed analysis of your cleaning needs and we will then provide a quote accordingly.

This is a an unconditional, no-obligation quote and you are free to deny the service.

Are you registered?

Yes. Vaal’s is a registered tax compliant company.

Can I trust your cleaning team?

Yes. If we would not trust someone to clean our own home and other premises, we will not send them to clean yours. We only send uniformed, trustworthy, police cleared and dependable employees to your door.

During working hours, none are allowed to eat, smoke or use appliances while in or around your home or office.

Do you provide references?

Yes. All you need to do is ask, and we’ll supply one or more of our commercial or residential clients to you who can confirm our commitment to quality.

While we don’t believe you will ever have this concern with our cleaners, accidents do happen and we want to ensure any such mishap is handled promptly and to your utmost satisfaction.

Do I need a deep clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months.

We see it all, and there is no judgment. we hope that those feelings will dissipate as soon as your appointment starts and you see your home transform.

Must I be home when you are cleaning for residential clients?

No. As long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay and watch what we do.

All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

What Should I Do to Prepare for Your Arrival?

It can be helpful to make sure that our cleaners can access the floors and surfaces that need to be cleaned. This can help speed things along.

Other than that, there is no need to clean before your cleaning crew arrives.

What if i need to reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans change and it could be possible that you might want to reschedule the cleaning.

Feel free to contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the cleaning at a different time.

What If I have pets?

No problem!  Just let us know if you have any special instructions for them.

If you have nervous or shy pets, you may consider placing them in a separate area or room while work so as to ensure they are not uncomfortable or scared by the noises.
